State of the Art - Performance cockpit - Fully ML and AI powered

I had the opportunity to work as a core member and lead specific areas in one of Unilever's pioneering projects at the forefront of AI innovation. This project was among the first to utilize machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs), powered by OpenAI's GPT-3.0. The entire architecture was hosted on Azure, and I played a crucial role as the architect, designing the narrative structures that drive the insights presented.
I was responsible for overseeing front-end designs and the technical implementation of the project. Collaborating closely with a team of seven data scientists and cloud data engineers, I ensured the successful delivery of the product. Additionally, I managed deliverables from two vendor partners, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
The platform we developed provides executive leadership and division heads with the ability to track performance through actionable insights. These insights are aligned with core KPI metrics specific to the FMCG industry, facilitating data-driven decision-making and strategic oversight.

Polaris - Ideation and Development of a Smart Supply Chain Management DashboardÂ
This was one of the mockups and concepts I personally developed, centered around supply chain management. The idea was to create a dashboard that tracks the entire lifecycle of a supply chain manufacturing unit, illustrating the journey from raw materials to finished goods. This modern dashboard was designed for country heads and supply chain managers, enabling them to monitor each step in the manufacturing process. It provides a comprehensive view of operations, from sourcing raw materials from suppliers and managing sourcing units to overseeing manufacturing plants and tracking the usage of these materials in the production of final goods.
Additionally, this was a live tracking mechanism to ensure maximum efficiency by reducing waste and reutilizing resources where necessary, optimizing both cost and process efficiency.
